Parent Volunteer Opportunities

Parents at Holy Rosary School are committed to keeping the quality of our school high and our tuition as low as possible. There are a great variety of activities that benefit the school and Parish, so check below to find activities that interest you. In addition to supporting our school, you will find that volunteering is a great way to meet new friends and become more involved in our school community. Fundraising Activities

Activities listed below count toward annual fundraising hours.

Fundraiser	Description
H.E.A.R.T. Auction	Proceeds support the general operating budget of the school. A “Fund an Item” is chosen each year to support a specific need of the school, such as teacher professional development or laptop computers.
Magazine Drive	Proceeds support the general operating budget of the school.
Tree Lot	Community event that supports both the general operating budget of the school and allows us to be good stewards by donating 15% of the sales proceeds back to the West Seattle community.
WestFest	Community event that supports the general operating budget.
Holy Rosary Parish Golf Tournament	Proceeds support the Father James Mallahan Endowment Fund
Holiday Poinsettia Sale	Proceeds support the general operating expenses of the school.
Sally Foster Wrapping Paper	Coordinates the sale of Sally Foster gift wrap every October.
