E-SCRIP is a “passive” fundraising vehicle available to schools and youth organizations. The program is very simple to use and requires participants to register existing grocery loyalty (Safeway), debit and credit cards. We currently encourage families to register their Safeway cards. You can also register the Safeway card numbers of other family members, friends and neighbors. Safeway then makes contributions to HR based on the purchases you make. In 2006, our scrip program raised $8000.00 and is on track to raise over $10,000 for 2007 just by purchasing your groceries at Safeway. Simply download a registration form and return it to the office or in your FCE.
Attention West Seattle Thriftway And Metropolitan Market Shoppers!
This is your chance to support Holy Rosary by shopping at your favorite grocery store. HR is now registered to participate in a 1% Cash Back Community Fundraising Program offered by these two local stores. Please save your receipts and send them to school. The pre-tax receipt amounts will be tallied and the stores will send a check directly to Holy Rosary School. Cash register receipts must be for purchases made after our enrollment date of 10-15-07. Metropolitan Market will not accept receipts over 6 months old. No receipts over 45 days old will be accepted by West Seattle Thriftway.
