Throughout the school year, the School Newsletter is posted weekly on this website throughout the school year (unless otherwise noted). On the first and third Thursdays of the month, information from the school, parish, and community will be sent home in the Family Communications Envelope (FCE).

Holy Rosary School maintains an emailing list that notifies subscribers of the publication of the FCE and other important school news. To sign up, please go to this page. In each email, you will also be notified of how to modify your subscription preferences (such as unsubscribing).

Information Regarding the FCE
Please remember to return your FCE (Family Communication Envelope) on a weekly basis, Monday morning at the latest. For administrative purposes, the FCE carrier for your family will always be the oldest child in your family who attends Holy Rosary School. Please do not change your family’s carrier. If you have information that you would like placed in the FCE, it must be in the school office (shelf behind the door) no later than the end of the school day Wednesday. Any information received on Thursday morning will be put in the subsequent FCE distribution. FCE's are sent out on the first and third Thursdays of the month.
When sending information to all Holy Rosary School families, be sure to make 350 copies. If you only have information going out to specific individuals, remember to have the FCE carriers last name and class number visibly placed on the information. (A list of all FCE carriers is in the school office.)
The FCE is a communication vehicle for school, church, and community/local merchant information. It should not be used for personal mailings.
