A Letter from the Development Committee

We wish to offer all of our school families a heartfelt thank you for your support of the 2008-2009 Holy Rosary School Annual Fund. We recognize, this year especially, that in trying financial times, our community came together to show its true generosity. We should all take pride in reaching our goal of $105,000. This is a fantastic accomplishment!

The 2009-2010 Annual Fund Family Participation Pledge form is now available (PDF). This year, reaching our budgeted goal for the Annual Fund allowed us to keep the tuition adjustment to a modest level. Without the annual fund and your support, this would not have been possible. Keeping the tuition adjustment modest will allow all of our families to enjoy access to an education at Holy Rosary School.

The goal for the 2009-2010 Annual Fund is $100,000. We need the support of our entire community to help us achieve this. Reaching our goal of $100,000 is important, but just as important: we hope to achieve 100% participation from all of our school families. This year has proven that every single gift, no matter the size, is a step closer to our goal. We were able to achieve our goal with 70% participation from school families. Imagine what we could accomplish with 100% participation!

If we exceed our goal of $100,000, the additional funds will be used to help outfit the new classrooms in our brand new Parish Center. Very limited Capital Campaign funds have been set aside for furnishing and supplying these new classrooms. Every dollar over our goal will be used for this purpose. Each and every student at Holy Rosary School will benefit from this effort!

Gifts to the Annual Fund are 100% tax deductible.

Thank you again for your support!

The Holy Rosary Annual Fund

As a small school, Holy Rosary invites the entire community to participate in the excellent educational programs for which Holy Rosary is recognized both locally and nationally. The Annual Fund runs every fiscal year from July 1st through June 30th. Every year, annual giving touches every part of the school: financial aid to deserving students, equitable salaries for our excellent staff, and ongoing curriculum improvements. Every student is touched in real ways every day by your generosity.

We strive for 100% parent, faculty and staff participation in the Spring, and seek support from alumni, extended families and community friends throughout the year.

The 2009 Annual Fund Drive

The 2009 Annual Fund has reached 43% of its goal.
