How does the Magazine Drive Work?
Students and parents work together to obtain new, renewed, or gift magazine subscriptions from relatives, friends, neighbors, and co-workers. Student packets containing catalogs, order forms, prize information and your last year's orders are sent home with the students on Tuesday September 5 (or you can pick up in the office after August 27.) Orders and payments are turned into the classroom each Tuesday for the next 4 weeks. Checks should be made payable to Holy Rosary School. Cash is also accepted. Credit cards are available only for online sales. The Turn In results are announced at the end of each Tuesday Turn In Day and summarized in the weeks FCE.
General Information and Great Selling Points!
Magazines provide reading materials for both children and adults AND make great gifts. We know most families purchase magazines. By placing orders through the school we can keep 52.5% of the purchase price. Our prices for magazines are not inflated and we honor all publisher coupons for a lower price. Even if you are already receiving a magazine, you can renew through and the order will extend on your current subscription. We guarantee 100% satisfaction. Our catalog also offers Christmas cards and small gifts which are shipped directly to your home. Orders can also be made online as detailed below.

Online Sales
For faster service try ordering online! Go to www.4schoolsonline.com and enter the code holyrosary-yes.
FIRST TIME USERS Parents make sure you register your student first as prompted on the website. Note that you must register each child separately and a different password should be used for each student.
RETURNING ONLINE USERS Your student is still registered from last year with the same password. Go under STUDENT PROFILE and update your student's Grade and Teacher (from the scroll down box). You can now send email to friends and relatives or place orders directly for your customers. There is an additional charge of $1.50 but you can CHARGE IT on your credit card and it really is easy! No need to print out the order confirmations. This year, we track all the online sales for your student and make sure they receive prize credit.
To shop online go the website and enter our school code. Click on Box 1 to begin shopping. When renewing magazine orders make sure you use the exact name and address as your current subscription and check the renewal box as directed. At checkout you are able to select a student who should be credited with the order. The prices listed include sales tax. If you're in a hurry for your magazines or product orders, online sales are generally faster than the manual order form.
Additional Catalogs and Magazine Listings Additional catalogs, envelopes, order forms and supplies can be found in the office. Note that the catalog is sorted by magazine type or category. If it is easier for you to use an alphabetical listing, copies are available in office along with other supplies.
Coupons
We honor all publisher coupons for lower prices. Simply attach the coupon to your order and submit the lower price with your other orders on Turn-In Day.
Subscriptions Gifts
Gift cards are available in the catalog for you to address and send off to the recipient so they know to expect a gift subscription from you soon.
Cash Donations We accept cash donations and purchase magazines for nonprofit entities. Your child will get CREDIT for the Magazine sale! It's a great way to increase sales and help out other organizations.
Subscriptions Renewals
Magazine subscription renewals extend on your current subscription with no disruption of service. When renewing orders make sure you use the exact name and address as your current subscription and check the renewal box as directed.
No UNLISTED magazines this year! We are no able to offer any magazines that are not listed in our catalog! Try offering a list of alternative magazines to your customers.
